Fariba Zand

I have been a team member with Fariba Zand’s State Farm Agency since 2016. My office duties include servicing customer policies and understanding customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.

Building strong relationships with my friends and family is very important to me, we get together for BBQs and trips to the beach every chance we get.

In my spare time, I enjoy taking long walks with my two dogs, Coco the Poodle and Max the Jack Russell Terrier. Lots of work but lots of fun, totally worth it!

I am grateful to be able to have the opportunity to be a part of the State Farm Family. It has helped me develop life and work skills.

California born and raised, with a stop at the University of Colorado for Finance and Economic degrees. I’ve been with State Farm and Fariba for over 10 years and take pride in the service we provide our CA community. Mainly handle the quoting and set up of new policies as well as reviewing existing policies to make sure all of the customers’ needs are being met, without gaps and in the most cost effective way.

I am a native Southern Californian, with an extensive background in retail management.

I' m licensed for auto, home, business, life and health, and has been with Fariba Zand’s office since April 2019.

Outside of the office, I love music and the arts, and have directed many choirs throughout the southland.

I have been a member of this office since 2022. It is a great work environment with very knowledgeable colleagues. I was previously in the military for 4 years never worked insurance before and was able to learn a lot from this great team at Fariba's Office. I help with our customers questions and concerns as well with any other of their needs. I take pleasure in making sure our customers have a great experience in dealing with their insurance and taking away any doubts they may have. I believe being social and having empathy is important when dealing with customer relations. Family and friendship are very important to me. I cherish those around me and try to better their lives as they do mine. I enjoy being active mostly hiking and running. I also love spending time with my daughter and creating great memories with her while watching her grow.

I have had the privilege of being part of the incredible team at Fariba Zand's State Farm Agency since 2017. Within the office, my responsibilities encompass production analysis, performance monitoring, customer service, and technical support. Additionally, I specialize in providing comprehensive coaching on various technology platforms and initiatives, empowering team members to leverage these tools effectively.

When I'm not at work, you can find me enjoying some downtime by reading or going on hikes with my dog.

In 2020, I was privileged enough to become a member of an exceptional team where I have been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing marketing needs and campaigns, as well as ensuring that customer policies are well taken care of. Joining this team has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such talented individuals.

One of the aspects I cherish about working within this team is the opportunity to collaborate with such wonderful customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers is a priority for me, and I am committed to ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

In my free time, I have a passion for travel, running, hiking, and spending quality time with my family.

I have been with State Farm since 2015. I’ve worked both in an office and in the field for multiple states. I love what I do and I’m thankful to be part of an amazing and synergistic team that Fariba has been the successful leader of for almost three decades.

I graduated from the University of Memphis with a bachelor’s degree in business management. I’m licensed in banking, auto, home, life, health, and can be a Notary Public for Tennessee and California. Please let Fariba and her team help keep you connected and protected.
