I have been a member of this office since 2022. It is a great work environment with very knowledgeable colleagues. I was previously in the military for 4 years never worked insurance before and was able to learn a lot from this great team at Fariba's Office. I help with our customers questions and concerns as well with any other of their needs. I take pleasure in making sure our customers have a great experience in dealing with their insurance and taking away any doubts they may have. I believe being social and having empathy is important when dealing with customer relations. Family and friendship are very important to me. I cherish those around me and try to better their lives as they do mine. I enjoy being active mostly hiking and running. I also love spending time with my daughter and creating great memories with her while watching her grow.
